Acoustic Silver 3mm has been recently launched as an underlay for laminate flooring as well as for underfoot heating. It features an integral aluminium foil vapour barrier with a 200mm joint overlap. When using vapour tape to seal joints up, the need for a damp proof membrane is eliminated.
Comfort Silver is also suitable for correcting minor floor imperfections and is light weight making it easy to fit.
Comfort Silver is produced using a new closed cell Polyethylene Foam which is CFC and HCFC free and its also 100% recyclable, finally an underlay that doesn't have to go to landfill! Please note this is not suitable for LVT products. See accessories for LVT type underlay.
